About me

A woman with long dark hair sitting on a beige couch, wearing a black top and black trousers, with a guitar resting beside her.

I was born in London in 1996 and started playing guitar at age seven, receiving my early musical education at The Yehudi Menuhin School of Music on a scholarship funded by The Rolling Stones. I completed my bachelor and master degrees in guitar performance, studying with Zoran Dukic in the Hague (NL), Johan Fostier in Tilburg (NL), Rene Izquierdo in Milwaukee (USA), Raphaella Smits in Leuven (BE) and Antigoni Goni in Brussels (BE).

I have performed in festivals across Europe including Open Guitar Festival in Křivoklát, Czech Republic, Glasgow's Big Guitar Weekend, Scotland, Porziano Music Festival, Italy and the West Dean Guitar Festival, UK. Highlights of my concert career include performances of solo and chamber music at Wigmore Hall, London, The North Wall, Oxford, concerts given on El Camino De Santiago and solo performances in New England.

Earlier this year I signed to the Sony Classical label, singles from my first EP which centres around guitar as a site for transcription and arrangement can now be heard on all streaming platforms. You can read more about the project in the blog section of this website.

I also host the music interview podcast Fret Not, an interview series that explores the lessons our favourite musicians have learnt throughout their lives and careers, notable guests have been Derek Gripper, Jason Vieaux, Irina Kulikova and Brian May of Queen! (Pictured below)
